At the restaurant of the New Wave hotel, the food is down-to-earth and delicious, and while it revolves around the region, it has an international twist – for example, the menu features dishes such as "Japanese-style grilled wild sea bass fillet" and the interesting "Oktopussy" set menu (also available in a vegetarian version). The sleek, modern interior with a maritime feel, an open kitchen and a custom-built table for larger groups is appealing. Service is cordial and laid-back. In summer, make a beeline for the secluded courtyard terrace. From May, the rooftop bar is open for delicious cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere.
