Run by Tommy R. Möbius and his wife, this small restaurant makes a chic impression. In this modern and tastefully designed space, she leads the service with warmth, professionalism and a personal touch. In the evening, the chef-patron creates bold and ambitious cuisine based on classical foundations. Dishes such as "WALD.WASSER – wild mushroom consommé, stuffed paccheri, caraway crisp" or "TAFEL ABER SPITZ – grilled veal topside from Höllerschmid, spinach, rösti, apple and horseradish sauce, jellied stock" are served as a set menu or à la carte. Simpler menu at lunchtime. Tip: Delicatessen items can be purchased to take home. In addition, there are regular themed dinner menus and cookery courses.

톰미 R. 뫼비우스와 그의 아내가 운영하는 이 작은 레스토랑은 세련된 인상을 준다. 현대적이고 감각적으로 디자인된 공간에서, 그녀는 따뜻함과 전문성, 그리고 개인적인 터치로 서비스를 이끈다. 저녁에는 주방장이 고전적인 기초를 바탕으로 대담하고 야심찬 요리를 선보인다.
