In keeping with the high standards of the luxurious Mandarin Oriental, this elegant minimalist-style restaurant is run by Nobu Matsuhisa, a renowned restaurateur with a global presence. The menu features a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines. As well as sushi and sashimi, there are exciting options such as Peruvian rib eye anticucho (skewers) or the house classic, black cod. Dishes are intended for sharing, allowing you to discover a kaleidoscope of flavours. In summer, you can dine on the hotel's roof terrace and take in fantastic views over Munich.
