Having gained many years of experience in the fine dining sector, brother-and-sister team Marcel and Miriam Hertrampf have opened this laid-back little restaurant. The location alone is great: the street lined with tall trees and buzzing with a lively atmosphere has a charm all of its own – the terrace on the wide pavement is especially inviting. In the kitchen, patron Marcel serves up flavoursome modern fusion cuisine, drawing on a wealth of culinary influences from Spanish to Asian, with or without meat. There is also a sharing menu comprising eight or ten small dishes. The service team led by hostess Miriam is charming and professional. She is a professionally trained sommelier and will be happy to guide you through the wine list, which features around 200 different labels.

수년간 고급 레스토랑에서 경험을 쌓은 남매 마르셀과 미리암 헤르트람프는 이 아늑한 작은 레스토랑을 열었다. 위치만으로도 훌륭하다: 높은 나무들이 줄지어 서 있고 활기찬 분위기로 가득한 거리에는 특별한 매력이 있다. 넓은 인도에 있는 테라스는 특히 매력적이다. 주방에서는 마르셀이 스페인 요리부터 아시아 요리에 이르기까지 다양한 요리 영향을 받아 맛있는 현대 퓨전 요리를 선보인다. 고기를 포함한 요리와 포함하지 않은 요리 모두 제공된다. 여덟 가지 또는 열 가지의 작은 요리로 구성된 쉐어링 메뉴도 있다. 호스트인 미리암이 이끄는 서비스 팀은 매력적이고 전문적이다. 그녀는 전문적으로 훈련받은 소믈리에이기 때문에 약 200종의 와인 리스트를 안내해 줄 수 있다.
