This family-run inn is a lovely spot in the countryside and has a charming terrace shaded by a majestic old lime tree. The menu is varied and full of delicious options. Made with regional and seasonal produce, the dishes draw on Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian influences. Options such as the cream of sweetcorn soup with deep-fried mussels and purple curry, or the Allgäu cheese spaetzle with melted onions and a green salad are sure to whet the appetite. In the evening, you can dine à la carte or opt for a set menu comprising three or five courses. Cash payments only.
