Representing the fourth generation at the helm, Roman Pfaff has brought a breath of fresh air to this charming traditional restaurant; the inviting garden terrace is a wonderful spot to kick back with a view of the greenery! The quality ingredients are sourced almost exclusively from the (Lake Constance) region – information about their provenance features on the menu – but international flavours come into play too. In addition to one or two classics, the team cooks up modern-inspired dishes such as "Courgette yoghurt chilled fruit soup, lemon oil feta & almond thyme crunch" and "Roasted Allgäu carp fillet, yellow tomato and caper sugo, herb couscous". Tip: As the restaurant is very busy, it's advisable to book! There are also two rather simple but lovingly designed holiday flats right next door in the charming Hexenhäusle.

4대째 운영을 이어가고 있는 로만 프าฟ가 이 매력적인 전통 식당에 신선한 바람을 불어넣었다. 아늑한 정원 테라스는 푸르른 경치를 바라보며 여유를 즐기기에 완벽한 장소다! 신선한 재료는 거의 모두 보덴호수(Lake Constance) 지역에서 조달되며, 재료 출처에 대한 정보가 메뉴에 적혀 있다. 또한, 다양한 국제적인 맛이 더해진다. 몇 가지 클래식 요리 외에도 팀은 "호박 요구르트 냉과일 수프, 레몬 오일 페타 치즈 & 아몬드 타임 크런치"와 "구운 알그라우(Allgäu) 잉어 필레, 노란 토마토와 케이퍼 수슈, 허브 쿠스쿠스"와 같은 현대적인 요리도 선보인다. 팁: 식당이 매우 바쁘니 사전 예약하는 게 좋다! 식당 옆의 매력적인 헥센하우슬(Hexenhäusle)에는 심플하지만 정성이 담긴 휴양 아파트 두 채도 있다.
