This minimalist, urban-cool restaurant is located on Charlottenburg's bustling Kantstraße, known for its many restaurants. Itameshi – Japanese-Italian fusion cuisine – is the name of the game here. The surprise menu, dubbed "Omakase Italiano", comprises eight to 10 small plates presented in a pared-back, ingredient-led style, with fish and seafood taking centre stage. The best place to sit is at the long stainless steel counter, from which you can watch the chefs preparing and plating the dishes. Alternatively, you can take a seat at one of the small tables.

이 미니멀리스트, 도심의 멋스러운 레스토랑은 샤를로텐부르크의 번화한 칸트 거리(Kantstraße)에 위치해 있으며, 다양한 식당들로 유명하다. 여기에서는 이타메시(Itameshi)라는 일본-이탈리아 퓨전 요리를 즐길 수 있다. "오마카세 이탈리안(Omakase Italiano)"이라고 불리는 서프라이즈 메뉴는 8~10개의 작은 접시로 구성되어 있으며, 간소한 재료 중심의 스타일로 제공되며, 생선과 해산물이 주인공 역할을 한다. 가장 좋은 자리는 긴 스테인리스 스틸 카운터에 앉는 것으로, 그곳에서 셰프들이 요리를 준비하고 플레이팅하는 과정을 지켜볼 수 있다. 또는 작은 테이블 중 하나에 앉을 수도 있다.
