Located near Maurice Ravel Park, this minimalist-style restaurant with a touch of elegance is run by chef-patron Dany Cerf. Hailing from French-speaking Switzerland, he previously cooked up a storm under Jean-Claude Bourgueil and at renowned establishments such as the Baur au Lac in Zurich. He and partner Nicole Bänder opened Le Flair in 2014. Modern, pared-down dishes made using select ingredients are available as a set menu or à la carte. There are also appealing sharing options. Dedicated, friendly and trained service. Head straight for the fabulous terrace in summer.

모리스 라벨 공원 근처에 위치한 이 미니멀리스트 스타일의 레스토랑은 우아함이 묻어나는 곳으로, 셰프 겸 대표인 다니 세르프가 운영한다. 프랑스어를 사용하는 스위스 출신인 그는 이전에 장클로드 부르게유 아래에서 일했으며, 취리히의 유명한 바우르 오 락(Baur au Lac)과 같은 곳에서도 경력을 쌓았다. 그는 파트너인 니콜 밴더와 함께 2014년에 레 플레어(Le Flair)를 열었다. 고급 재료로 만든 현대적이고 간소한 요리가 세트 메뉴와 단품으로 제공되며, 나누어 먹기 좋은 메뉴도 있다. 전문적이고 친절한 서비스가 특징이다. 여름에는 멋진 테라스에서 식사하는 것을 추천한다.
