After a number of years working at the restaurant Alte Pfarrey in Neuleiningen in the Palatinate, Bettina and Silvio Lange are back at their previous place of work, namely Hotel an der Wasserburg. Back in the day, they were chefs at the (since closed) Saphir restaurant; today they are working with the Rohde family, the owners, to bring to life the "Lang is her" concept. The restaurant serves modern and international cuisine with seasonal influences – opt for "Lange's Menu", a three- to seven-course set menu, or go à la carte. Whether seated in the restaurant room, with its friendly, chic feel or, in summer, on the lovely terrace with a walnut tree, you will enjoy cordial, attentive service. You will be recommended a suitable wine from the well-stocked German/international list. The restaurant also has a bar with an additional small menu. Cookery courses are also offered. Tip: The medieval castle, Burg Neuhaus, is within walking distance.
