Owned by the same family since 1870, this restaurant is now in its sixth generation. They are passionate about cooking, and use fresh produce sourced almost entirely from regional suppliers to serve up sustainable, locally sourced cuisine at reasonable prices. The delicious dishes cooked up by the chef showcase his experience in fine dining. In addition to the appealing à la carte options, a seasonal three-course set menu is also on offer. The ambience is cosy and rustic; in summer the terrace commands lovely views of Nieder-Moos. Five guestrooms and a holiday apartment are available for overnight stays.

1870년부터 같은 가족이 운영해 온 이 식당은 현재 여섯 번째 세대가 이어가고 있다. 그들은 요리에 대한 열정이 넘치며, 거의 모든 재료를 지역 공급업체에서 조달해 지속 가능한 지역 요리를 합리적인 가격에 제공한다. 셰프의 경험을 살린 맛있는 요리들은 고급 요리의 진수를 보여준다. 매력적인 단품 메뉴 외에도 계절에 맞춘 3코스 세트 메뉴도 제공된다. 아늑하고 세련된 분위기 속에서 여름에는 테라스에서 니더무스(Nieder-Moos)의 아름다운 경치를 감상할 수 있다. 숙박을 위한 5개의 객실과 한 개의 휴가 아파트도 마련되어 있다.
