Having already proven his talent at Kuno 1408 in Würzburg, Daniel Schröder has now struck out alone here with a dual concept: In addition to fine dining at La Boucherie, you can look forward to delicious seasonal cuisine in this lovely alternative. The menu is pared down to a limited number of dishes that focus on the essentials, leaving nothing to chance in terms of expression and flavour. In summer, the terrace in the courtyard is a pleasant place to sit. The hotel also has spruce, modern guestrooms.

뷔르츠부르크의 쿠노 1408에서 이미 그의 재능을 입증한 다니엘 슈뢰더가 이제는 독립적으로 이곳에서 이중 콘셉트로 새로운 도전을 시작했다. 라 부쉐리(La Boucherie)에서의 고급 식사를 즐길 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이 매력적인 대안에서 맛있는 제철 요리를 기대할 수 있다. 메뉴는 최소한의 요리로 구성되어 기본 요소에 집중하며, 표현과 맛에 있어서 우연을 허락하지 않는다. 여름에는 안뜰의 테라스가 앉아 있기 좋은 쾌적한 장소다. 호텔은 또한 현대적인 스프루스(전나무) 객실을 가지고 있다.
