Alexander Ruhland represents the fourth generation of his family to run this traditional country inn, and his kitchen turns out top-notch dishes. Two set menus are proposed: a seasonal one comprising three courses and a more ambitious four-course fine dining menu. There is also an à la carte selection featuring classics such as Zwiebelrostbraten (fried beef and onions in gravy) with Allgäu beef loin, as well as international dishes and vegetarian options.

알렉산더 루흘란드는 자신의 가족이 운영하는 전통적인 시골 여관에서 4대째를 맡고 있으며, 그의 주방에서는 수준 높은 요리를 만들어낸다. 계절에 맞춘 3코스의 세트 메뉴와 보다 고급스러운 4코스의 파인다이닝 메뉴가 제공된다. 또한, 알레카르트(주문식) 메뉴에는 알가우 소의 등심을 사용한 즈비벨로스트브라텐(양파와 소고기를 볶아 만든 요리) 같은 고전 요리부터 국제 요리와 채식 옵션도 포함되어 있다.
