Once the sommelier at Petit Amour on Spritzenplatz, Mathias Mercier has now realised his dream and opened his own restaurant just a short distance away. In a relaxed setting, diners are offered a small à la carte selection; if they wish, they can create a small set menu comprising three to six courses from the individual dishes. Alternatively, they can opt for the nine-course tasting menu – the value for money is excellent. The cuisine clearly draws on the chef-patron's southern French roots, featuring delicacies such as fougasse with a superb anchoïade (anchovy sauce) and pralines infused with lavender or pastis. A standout dish is the sea bass with peach, verbena and navy beans. The wine list includes some rare gems at reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive service.

스프리첸플라츠에 있는 뷰티 아무르의 소믈리에였던 마티아스 머시에가 드디어 자신의 꿈을 실현해 가까운 곳에 자신의 레스토랑을 열었다. 편안한 분위기에서 손님들은 소규모의 à la carte 메뉴를 즐길 수 있으며, 원한다면 개별 요리들로 구성된 3~6코스의 소규모 세트 메뉴를 만들 수 있다. 또는 가격 대비 훌륭한 9코스 테이스팅 메뉴를 선택할 수도 있다. 주방에서는 주인장이 남프랑스의 뿌리를 살려, 앤초비 소스인 앙카야드와 함께하는 푸가스, 라벤더나 파스티스를 infused 한 프랄린 같은 별미를 선보인다. 특히 눈에 띄는 요리는 복숭아, 베르베나, 네이비빈과 함께한 농어 요리다. 와인 리스트에는 합리적인 가격의 희귀한 보석 같은 와인들이 포함되어 있다. 친절하고 세심한 서비스도 제공된다.
