Although not in the prettiest part of town and a little removed from central Cologne, this restaurant is well worth seeking out. In a well-kept listed building on a corner plot, chef-patron Marlon Rademacher and his dedicated team welcome diners to their modern, tastefully designed space. The cooking is contemporary and refined; the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. Choose between the "Menu Philosophie" and "Menu Du Prestige". A vegetarian set menu is possible if ordered when making your reservation. Three days a week, there is a reasonably priced lunch set menu that is equally sophisticated.

도시에서 가장 예쁜 지역은 아니지만 쾰른 중심부에서 약간 떨어진 이 레스토랑은 꼭 찾아갈 가치가 있다. 잘 관리된 역사적인 건물의 모퉁이에 자리 잡고 있는 이곳에서, 셰프 겸 오너인 말론 라데마허와 그의 헌신적인 팀이 손님을 현대적이고 세련된 공간으로 초대한다. 요리는 현대적이고 정교하며, 재료의 품질이 뛰어나다.
