A really pleasant little place with a trendy, rustic bistro-style interior and a laid-back, informal atmosphere. In addition to the striking lamps and various other decorative touches, the open kitchen is particularly eye-catching. Here, they create carefully thought-out, elaborately prepared dishes abounding with appealing details, which are presented in the form of a four or five-course set menu. First-rate produce, eg venison from the region, is successfully combined with artichokes and blueberries; Atlantic monkfish is served with tomatoes and lovage. The wine pairings are also interesting.

트렌디하면서도 전통적인 비스트로 스타일의 아늑한 공간으로, 편안하고 자유로운 분위기를 자랑한다. 인상적인 조명과 다양한 장식 요소 외에도 개방형 주방이 특히 눈에 띈다. 여기서는 세심하게 고려된 정교한 요리를 매력적인 디테일로 가득 채워, 4코스 또는 5코스로 구성된 코스 메뉴로 제공한다. 지역에서 공수한 최고급 사슴고기와 아티초크, 블루베리를 성공적으로 조합하고, 대서양 몽크피시는 토마토와 루바브(깨끗하고 향긋한 허브와 비슷한 맛의 식물)와 함께 제공된다. 와인 페어링도 흥미롭다.
