Michael Kurlbaum has run his restaurant with great dedication for 35 years. Spread over two floors, this place exudes a timeless elegance – in summer, a few additional tables are set up out front in the pedestrian zone. There are plenty of regulars who come for the classic cuisine. Lunch in the bistro area on the ground floor is popular too – they serve a moderately priced two-course set menu that changes weekly. This includes a bottle of water, and dessert is available as an optional extra. If you order in advance, you can also choose from the evening menu at lunchtime. Convenient for motorists: Kastell car park in Haagstraße close by.

마이클 커를바움은 35년 동안 자신의 식당을 헌신적으로 운영해왔다. 두 층으로 나뉜 이곳은 시간의 흐름을 초월한 우아함을 풍긴다. 여름에는 보행자 전용 구역 앞에 몇 개의 추가 테이블이 마련된다. 클래식 요리를 즐기러 오는 단골 손님들이 많다. 1층 비스트로 지역에서의 점심도 인기가 높은데, 주 1회 변경되는 적당한 가격의 2코스 세트 메뉴를 제공한다. 이 메뉴에는 생수 한 병이 포함되며, 디저트는 추가로 선택할 수 있다. 미리 주문하면 점심 시간에도 저녁 메뉴에서 선택할 수 있다. 차량 이용객에게는 근처 하그스트라세에 위치한 카스텔 주차장이 편리하다.
