This delightful restaurant is nestled in a spruce half-timbered building in the heart of Röthenbach an der Pegnitz, just outside Nuremberg. Modern interior design incorporating a rustic wooden beam ceiling creates a cosy atmosphere. You can feel commitment and passion here. Gerald Hoffmann, a well-known chef in the region and most recently head chef at Koch und Kellner, is in charge in the kitchen. His wife presides over the service, adding a soupçon of heartfelt charm to every interaction. There is a seasonally orientated set menu that is prepared using mainly regional ingredients. In summer you can sit on the terrace in the front garden. There is also a small hotel in the building.

이 아기자기한 레스토랑은 뉘른베르크 외곽의 뢰텐바흐 안 데어 페그니츠 중심부에 있는 전통적인 반목조 건물 안에 자리잡고 있다. 현대적인 인테리어 디자인과 rustic wooden beam ceiling(목재 기둥 천장)이 조화를 이루어 아늑한 분위기를 만들어낸다. 여기서는 헌신과 열정을 느낄 수 있다. 지역에서 유명한 셰프인 제랄드 호프만이 주방을 책임지고 있으며, 최근에는 코크 운트 켈너의 수석 셰프였다. 그의 아내는 서비스 담당으로, 매 순간에 따뜻한 매력을 더해준다. 시즌에 맞춘 세트 메뉴는 주로 지역 재료로 준비된다. 여름에는 앞 정원의 테라스에 앉아 식사를 할 수 있다. 건물 안에는 작은 호텔도 있다.
