The mismatched antique tables and chairs, the pretty decoration and the almost familial atmosphere lend this place a charming feel. The Swabian-style sour kidneys with sautéed potatoes have been on the menu here forever – a classic with its own loyal following. In addition, the menu includes contemporary dishes such as braised Ellscheid lemon chicken with Mediterranean vegetables. Most of the meat used by Florian Kucher and his team to create their seasonal regional fare comes from the Eifel area. Be sure to peruse the wine list – wine is a passion of senior chef Martin Kucher and he will be happy to advise you.

정렬되지 않은 앤티크 테이블과 의자, 예쁜 장식, 그리고 거의 가족 같은 분위기가 이곳에 매력적인 느낌을 준다. 스바비안 스타일의 새콤한 신장이랑 볶은 감자는 이곳에서 항상 인기 있는 메뉴로, 충성도 높은 단골 손님들이 있다. 그 외에도 지중해 채소와 함께 조리된 엘슈하이드를 곁들인 레몬 닭요리 같은 현대적인 요리도 메뉴에 포함되어 있다. 플로리안 쿠처와 그의 팀이 계절별 지역 요리를 만들 때 사용하는 대부분의 고기는 아이펠 지역에서 온다. 와인 리스트를 꼭 살펴보라 – 마르틴 쿠처 수석 셰프는 와인에 대한 열정이 강하고 기꺼이 조언해 줄 것이다.
