The Kucher family has run this place with passion and dedication since 1988, constantly investing in and improving their establishment. Now it is the turn of son Florian Kucher and daughter Stefanie Becker, who have breathed new life into this fine dining restaurant. In pleasant, elegant surroundings, diners are offered a set menu that can be ordered with five to seven courses. Steering clear of unnecessary frills, the young chef's culinary creations are expertly crafted and beautifully balanced in terms of flavour. You can look forward to excellently selected wines to accompany the classically based dishes. The wine list comprises about 1700 labels, going back as far as 1868, which is to the credit of wine enthusiast and senior chef Martin Kucher. Guestrooms are available in both the main and new building.

쿠처 가족은 1988년부터 이곳을 열정과 헌신으로 운영해 왔으며, 끊임없이 투자하고 발전시켜 왔다. 이제는 아들 플로리안 쿠처와 딸 슈테파니 베커가 새로운 활력을 불어넣으며 이 고급 레스토랑을 이어가고 있다. 쾌적하고 우아한 분위기에서 손님들은 5~7코스로 구성된 프리픽스 메뉴를 주문할 수 있다. 불필요한 장식은 배제한 채, 젊은 셰프의 요리는 맛의 균형을 잘 이루고 정교하게 만들어졌다. 클래식한 요리에 잘 어울리는 훌륭하게 선정된 와인을 기대할 수 있다. 와인 리스트에는 1868년부터 시작된 약 1700개의 라벨이 올라 있으며, 이는 와인 애호가이자 수석 셰프인 마틴 쿠처의 공으로 더욱 빛난다. 객실은 본관과 신관에서 이용할 수 있다.
