Hotel Waldkrug is a traditional family business in a green and leafy location, and its restaurant is tastefully designed with modern touches. The menu includes good modern bistro dishes in a French vein – think beef carpaccio, Caesar salad or grilled steaks – but also traditional regional dishes, such as beef consommé with marrow dumplings, or schnitzel. In addition, they have pretty terraces at the front and to the rear of the building. The cosy Barstube in the front area is another really lovely option.

호텔 발드크루그는 푸르고 나무가 우거진 곳에 위치한 전통적인 가족 경영의 호텔이다. 레스토랑은 현대적인 감각으로 세련되게 디자인되었고, 메뉴에는 현대적인 프랑스풍 비스트로 요리들이 있다. 소고기 카르파초, 시저 샐러드, 그릴에 구운 스테이크를 생각해보면 된다. 또, 소고기 국물에 골수를 넣은 덤플링이나 슈니첼 같은 전통 지역 요리도 포함되어 있다. 건물의 앞과 뒤에는 예쁜 테라스도 마련되어 있다. 앞쪽에 있는 아늑한 바스투베(Barstube)는 정말 매력적인 선택지 중 하나다.
