Having been renovated following the disastrous floods of 2021, this restaurant gives off an impression of classical elegance. A 13C church with a gallery forms the core of the establishment. There are also two other attractive dining spaces (called Alte Lay and Walporzheimer Himmelchen). The delightful terrace to the rear of the building offers a view of the greenery. The menu features dishes with regional, seasonal and international influences. Classics include braised ox cheeks in Ahr valley Burgundy sauce, and turbot in Ahr valley blanc de noir sauce. The selection of Broggsitter wines is impressive, and there is a well-stocked wine shop on site, too. From 2-6pm, you can order from the smaller menu, with options such as the platter of cold meats and cheeses. They also run Hotel Sanct Peter in the town.

2021년 대홍수 이후 개조된 이 레스토랑은 고전적인 우아함을 풍긴다. 13세기 교회와 갤러리가 이곳의 중심을 이루고 있다. 매력적인 식사 공간으로는 '알테 라이(Alte Lay)'와 '발포르츠하이머 히멜첸(Walporzheimer Himmelchen)'이 있다. 건물 뒤쪽의 아늑한 테라스에서는 푸르른 경치를 감상할 수 있다. 메뉴에는 지역, 계절, 그리고 국제적인 영향을 받은 요리가 포함되어 있다. 대표적인 요리로는 아르 계곡의 브르간디 소스에 조리된 소의 볼살과 아르 계곡의 블랑 드 노아르 소스에 조리된 농어가 있다. 브로그지터(Broggsitter) 와인 선택이 인상적이며, 현장에는 잘 구비된 와인 매장도 있다. 오후 2시부터 6시까지는 간단한 메뉴를 주문할 수 있으며, 차가운 육류와 치즈 플래터 같은 옵션이 있다. 그들은 이 지역에 위치한 생터 피터 호텔(Hotel Sanct Peter)도 운영하고 있다.
