A truly charming find, this small, personally managed restaurant in central Eimsbüttel has a cosy atmosphere and a sleek, modern aesthetic. Marcel Görke, no stranger to Hamburg's culinary scene, serves up creative seasonal cuisine made from regional ingredients. The three- to six-course vegetarian set menu can be "upgraded" with an additional course – sometimes fish, sometimes meat. The dishes are bursting with intense flavours, a case in point being the vegetable sauce accompanying the potato mille-feuille – its rich and full-bodied character is truly impressive. In summer, there is a small terrace on the pavement. N.B. Parking is a little tricky here, but Lutterothstraße underground station is only a 3min walk away.

매력적인 발견인 이 작은 개인 운영 레스토랑은 에임스뷔텔 중심에 위치해 있으며 아늑한 분위기와 세련된 현대적인 미를 자랑한다. 함부르크 요리계에 익숙한 마르셀 괴르케가 지역 재료로 만든 창의적인 제철 요리를 선보인다. 3코스에서 6코스까지의 채식 세트 메뉴는 추가 코스로 '업그레이드'할 수 있는데, 가끔 생선이 나오기도 하고 가끔 고기가 제공되기도 한다. 요리는 풍부한 맛이 가득한데, 감자 밀푀유에 곁들여지는 채소 소스가 그 예시다. 그 소스는 풍부하고 깊은 맛이 인상적이다. 여름에는 인도에 작은 테라스가 마련된다. 참고로 주차는 조금 까다롭지만, 루터로트슈트라세 지하철역까지는 도보 3분 거리에 있다.
