Located in the heart of the city, in a wine merchant's house dating back over 250 years, this restaurant is considered one of the finest in the region. This delightful historical setting boasts a beautifully restored barrel-vaulted ceiling. The team led by chef Marcel Kube serves up modern cuisine, drawing on seasonal influences and using mostly regional ingredients. They serve an ambitious set menu that while plant-forward also includes one fish and one meat option. Choose between the five- or seven-course format; it is possible to add an extra course. The wine list includes a few rare gems! Weinhaus Uhle hotel has tastefully designed guestrooms. Incidentally, the property has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2024.

도심의 중심부에 위치한 이 레스토랑은 250년 이상 된 와인 상인의 집에 자리 잡고 있으며, 이 지역에서 가장 훌륭한 레스토랑 중 하나로 평가받고 있다. 이 매력적인 역사적 공간은 아름답게 복원된 배럴형 천장을 자랑한다. 마르셀 쿠베 셰프가 이끄는 팀은 현대적인 요리를 선보이며, 계절에 따라 변하는 재료를 주로 사용하고 대부분 지역 재료를 활용한다. 채소 중심의 야심찬 코스 요리를 제공하며, 생선 한 가지와 고기 한 가지 옵션도 포함되어 있다. 5코스 또는 7코스 중에서 선택할 수 있으며, 추가 코스를 주문할 수도 있다. 와인 리스트에는 몇 가지 희귀한 보물이 포함되어 있다! 와인하우스 울레 호텔은 세련되게 꾸며진 객실을 보유하고 있다. 그런데 이곳은 2024년부터 유네스코 세계유산으로 등재되었다.
