Set in the tranquil hamlet of Haindlfing, this family-run country inn has been in operation for more than 100 years and is now helmed by fifth-generation chef-patron Maximilian Landbrecht. Dedicated to working with select regional ingredients, often sourced from organic producers, he presents flavoursome, meticulously prepared dishes that celebrate local produce with occasional Mediterranean accents. Notable examples include Ampertal beef broth with toasted farmhouse bread and brown onion, and pan-seared Freising brook trout with herb butter, a vegetable medley and sautéed potatoes. Both the Gaststube and the more elegant Esszimmer (dining room), which features a lovely tiled stove, provide a cosy setting; in summer, the terrace beckons. A bright ballroom and the rustic Wirts Chalet can be booked for private functions. Smart modern apartments available for overnight stays.

조용한 하인들핑 마을에 위치한 이 가족 경영의 여관은 100년 넘게 운영되어 왔으며, 현재 다섯 번째 대를 거쳐 요리사이자 주인이 된 막시밀리안 랜드브레히트가 이끌고 있다. 그는 선택된 지역 재료와 종종 유기농 생산자로부터 공급받은 재료로 요리를 준비하며, 지역 농산물을 강조하는 맛있는 요리들을 정성스럽게 만든다. 지중해의 맛이 가미된 요리도 occasionally 포함된다. 대표적인 메뉴로는 아멘탈 소고기 육수와 구운 농가 빵, 갈색 양파가 함께 제공되는 요리와, 허브 버터를 곁들인 프라이징 시냇물 송어와 다양한 채소, 볶은 감자가 있다. 가스트스부(식당)와 아름다운 타일 난로가 있는 우아한 에스츠리머(식사 공간)는 아늑한 분위기를 제공하며, 여름에는 테라스에서 식사를 즐길 수 있다. 밝은 볼룸과 소박한 비르츠 샬레는 개인 행사를 위해 예약할 수 있다. 현대적인 스마트 아파트도 있어 숙박이 가능하다.
