A friendly, laid-back restaurant located on the edge of the city centre, only five minutes from the Holstentor. Trendy industrial-style design, very friendly and relaxed young service team and, last but not least, tasty modern cuisine. The emphasis is on regional ingredients – for example, organically farmed catfish from Brandenburg. Hot meals are served all day, but there are also sandwiches and fish rolls to go.

도심 외곽에 위치한 친구같이 편안한 레스토랑으로, 홀스텐 문(Holstentor)에서 도보 5분 거리에 있다. 트렌디한 인더스트리얼 스타일 디자인과 친절하고 느긋한 젊은 직원들이 특징이며, 마지막으로 맛있는 현대식 요리가 자랑거리다. 지역 재료에 중점을 두고, 예를 들어 브란덴부르크산 유기농 메기(피쉬)를 사용한다. 하루 종일 뜨거운 식사를 제공하지만, 샌드위치와 생선 롤도 포장해 갈 수 있다.
