안쪽에는 예쁜 시골풍의 현대적인 식당이 꾸며져 있고, 바깥쪽에는 주방이 보이는 아름다운 야외 정원이 있다. 계절마다 바뀌는 요리는 지역 특산물과 세계 각국의 요리를 반영하며, 현지 식재료를 사용하는 것에 열정적이다. "란디딜" 코스 메뉴와 "단품 메뉴" 중에서 선택할 수 있고, 고기를 제외한 식사를 원하는 사람들을 위해 비건 코스 메뉴도 준비되어 있다. 전통적인 에르브게리히트에서 숙박도 가능하다.
