With its industrial-style architecture, loft feel and elegant, upmarket interior, Elements is a chic restaurant in the historical Zeitenströmung building complex. Run by Martina and Stephan Mießner, he heads up the kitchen; she is in charge of the friendly and smooth front-of-house service. Once the staff area of the former turbine factory, the spacious room boasts floor-to-ceiling arched windows, lovely floorboards and a high open ceiling. The dishes are pleasantly well defined and pared down, with plenty of bold flavours and finesse – opt for the "Chef's Menu" or put together your own menu from additional offerings. Lovely terrace on Times Square. DELI offers a more casual alternative from noon.

산업 스타일의 건축과 로프트 느낌, 세련되고 고급스러운 내부를 가진 엘리먼츠는 역사적인 차이텐스트륨룽 건물 단지에 위치한 멋진 레스토랑이다. 마르티나와 슈테판 미에스너가 운영하며, 슈테판은 주방을 이끌고 마르티나는 친절하고 매끄러운 서비스로 손님을 맞이한다. 한때 터빈 공장의 직원 공간이었던 넓은 실내는 천장까지 이어진 아치형 창문, 아름다운 원목 바닥, 그리고 높은 개방형 천장을 자랑한다. 메뉴의 요리는 맛이 분명하고 간결하며, 강렬한 풍미와 섬세함을 가지고 있다. "셰프 메뉴"를 선택하거나 추가 메뉴에서 원하는 대로 조합할 수도 있다. 타임스 스퀘어에 위치한 멋진 테라스도 갖추고 있다. 델리는 낮 12시부터 좀 더 캐주얼한 메뉴를 제공한다.
