Surrounded by vineyards, this modern restaurant boasts a beautiful location on the premises of Weingut Kopp, a Demeter winery complete with its own wine shop. As you savour classic seasonal cuisine that draws on international influences, you can take in the view of the vines and the plain, to which the name makes reference (the village of Ebenung used to be called "Ebanat", a derivation of the Old High German word for "plain"). Made with locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, the excellent food can be accompanied by the restaurant's own wines. Friendly and professional service.

포도밭으로 둘러싸인 이 현대적인 레스토랑은 데메터 인증을 받은 와인 양조장인 바이누트 콥(Weingut Kopp) 내에 아름다운 위치를 자랑한다. 자체 와인샵도 갖춘 이곳에서 국제적인 영향을 받은 클래식한 제철 요리를 즐기며, 포도나무와 평원의 경치를 만끽할 수 있다. 이름의 유래처럼 에베눈크(Ebenung) 마을은 한때 "에바나트(Ebanat)"로 불렸으며, 이는 고대 고지 독일어로 "평원"을 의미한다. 가능한 한 지역에서 조달한 신선한 재료로 만든 훌륭한 음식은 레스토랑의 와인과 함께 곁들일 수 있다. 친절하고 전문적인 서비스도 제공된다.
