This attractive winegrower's house dating back to 1747 stands in the centre of the town. Stefan Püngeler and his wife Michela De Munno – well-known figures in the region – have taken over the reins here after a successful run at Restaurant Schneider in Dernbach. He is in charge of the kitchen, and she is responsible for the friendly service. On the menu: flavoursome Italian fare – the house-made pasta is a particular highlight. The tiramisu, presented on a dessert trolley and freshly portioned tableside, is truly delicious. Rump steak – practically a staple in the region – is also available. The wine list features moderately priced labels from the region. Sandstone and half-timbering create a cosy atmosphere, and the courtyard terrace is delightful in summer.

1747년에 지어진 매력적인 와인 농장 집이 마을의 중심에 위치해 있다. 스테판 푹겔러와 그의 아내 미켈라 드 문노는 이 지역에서 잘 알려진 인물로, 던바흐에 있는 레스토랑 슈나이더에서 성공적으로 운영한 후 이곳의 주인이 되었다. 스테판은 주방을 책임지고, 미켈라는 친절한 서비스를 담당한다. 메뉴에는 풍미 가득한 이탈리아 요리가 있으며, 특히 집에서 만든 파스타가 큰 인기다. 디저트 카트를 이용해 테이블에서 신선하게 나오는 티라미수는 정말 맛있다. 이 지역에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 럼프 스테이크(소고기 부위의 하나)도 제공된다. 와인 리스트에는 지역의 적당한 가격대의 와인들이 포함되어 있다. 사암과 반목구조의 조합이 아늑한 분위기를 만들어주고, 여름에는 안뜰 테라스에서 즐기기 좋다.
