The fourth generation of the Kriner family has succeeded in combining modernity and tradition here – this applies as much to the welcoming space, with a rustic feel, as to the food, which ranges from creatively inspired dishes, such as rainbow trout with celery, apple and elderflower, to Bavarian delicacies, such as beef juice goulash, sour cream and bread dumplings.

크라이너 가족의 4대째가 여기서 현대성과 전통을 성공적으로 결합했다. 이는 아늑한 느낌의 환영하는 공간뿐만 아니라, 셀러리, 사과, 엘더플라워를 곁들인 무지개 송어와 같은 창의적인 요리부터 소고기 육즙으로 만든 구야쉬(굴라쉬), 사워 크림, 빵 만두 같은 바이에른 별미에 이르기까지 다양하게 느껴진다.
