Rene Brauchle, of Mexican-German heritage and born in Venezuela, and Florentina Assis, a native Chilean, have been sharing their passion for Latin American cuisine here since summer 2024. The joy and enthusiasm of your cordial hosts is palpable, and they clearly love what they do: he is in charge of the kitchen, and she presides front-of-house.
