A trip to Nuremberg wouldn't be complete without trying the city's famous Rostbratwürste! Look no further than this little old stone house on Marktplatz next to Sebalduskirche. Sausages have been sold here since 1312. The interior is rustic and charming, the beechwood barbecue being the centrepiece. Their wonderful sausages are made fresh every morning in their on-site butchery. They are served with sauerkraut and/or potato salad – simply delicious! For the full experience, wash it down with a draught beer. If you're not in the mood for sausages, the menu includes alternatives such as pork shoulder, offal dishes and other snacks. In the summer, the delightful terrace is a popular spot.

뉘른베르크 여행은 이 도시의 유명한 로스트브라트부르스트(구운 소시지)를 맛보지 않고는 완벽하지 않다! 세발두스 교회(Sebalduskirche) 옆 마르크플라츠(Marktplatz)에 있는 이 작은 오래된 돌집을 찾아가 보라. 이곳에서는 1312년부터 소시지가 판매되고 있다. 내부는 소박하고 매력적이며, 너도밤나무 바베큐가 중심 역할을 한다. 그들의 멋진 소시지는 매일 아침 현장 정육점에서 신선하게 만들어진다. 사우어크라우트(발효 양배추)와 감자 샐러드와 함께 제공되며, 정말 맛이 좋다! 완벽한 경험을 위해서는 생맥주와 함께 즐겨라. 만약 소시지가 별로라면, 메뉴에는 돼지고기 어깨살, 식용내장 요리 및 기타 간식들이 포함되어 있다. 여름에는 매력적인 테라스가 인기 있는 장소다.
