Bootshaus is located in the heart of Hamburg's HafenCity. From the comfortable "Boot" (boat) dining area, watch the action in the open kitchen or look out over the marina (Grasbrookhafen) from the light and airy bar area. In summer the waterfront terrace beckons. The Josper grill takes centre stage, with cuts such as New York strip, rib-eye and porterhouse cooked to perfection! There is also a large selection of side dishes and delicious sauces. Keep an eye out for the seafood specials and the "Chef's Choice" deal. The early opening times (from 5.30pm) make this an ideal spot for dinner before a concert at the nearby Elbphilharmonie – or perhaps a drink at the bar afterwards.

부트하우스는 함부르크 하펜시티(HafenCity)의 중심부에 위치해 있다. 편안한 "부트" (보트) 식사 공간에서 오픈 키친의 움직임을 구경하거나, 밝고 통풍이 잘 되는 바 공간에서 마리나(그라스브룩하펜)를 바라보며 시간을 보낼 수 있다. 여름에는 수변 테라스가 매력적으로 다가온다. 조스퍼 그릴이 주인공으로, 뉴욕 스트립, 립아이, 포터하우스와 같은 고기 부위를 완벽하게 조리한다! 다양한 사이드 요리와 맛있는 소스도 준비되어 있다. 해산물 특별 요리와 "셰프의 추천" 메뉴도 주목할 만하다. 이른 오픈 시간(저녁 5시 30분부터)은 가까운 엘브필하모니(Elbphilharmonie)에서의 콘서트 전에 저녁을 즐기기에 이상적인 장소가 된다. 또는 콘서트 후 바에서 한 잔 마시는 것도 좋다.
