In the heart of the city, just a stone's throw from Marienplatz, this restaurant is on the ground floor of Munich's heritage-protected chancery (Schreiberei), where the city's history has been recorded since 1552. The attractive interior has a certain brasserie feel and, in good weather, the quiet sheltered courtyard terrace is especially inviting. Made with select ingredients, such as the veal cheeks with truffle polenta, the food is bursting with flavour. The tartare – there are many different variations, including meat, fish and vegetarian options – is a must. Be sure to try one of the delicious desserts, too. The varied à la carte selection is also ideal for sharing. When it comes to the excellent wine list, ask for a recommendation for a glass or bottle to accompany your meal.

도심 한가운데, 마리엔플라츠에서 걸어서 몇 걸음 거리인 이 식당은 뮌헨의 문화재 보호 구역인 키안세리(Schreiberei) 1층에 위치해 있다. 이곳에서는 1552년부터 도시의 역사 기록이 이어져 왔다. 매력적인 인테리어는 브라세리(Brasserie) 느낌을 주며, 날씨가 좋을 때는 조용한 안뜰 테라스가 특히 매력적이다. 송아지 볼살과 트뤼플 폴렌타로 만든 요리처럼 엄선된 재료로 만든 음식은 풍미가 가득하다. 다양한 종류가 있는 타르타르(생으로 먹는 고기나 생선 요리)도 꼭 시켜봐야 한다. 맛있는 디저트도 꼭 맛보길 추천한다. 다양한 아라카르트(a la carte) 메뉴는 나눠 먹기에도 이상적이다. 훌륭한 와인 리스트가 준비되어 있으니, 식사에 잘 어울리는 한 잔이나 병을 추천받아보는 것도 좋다.
