Ulrike and Otto Bachmaier have been running their restaurant for many years. The modern decor is delightful and you can watch the river traffic on the Neckar through the floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as from the terrace. Friendly and adept service comes courtesy of the lady of the house while the chef-patron delivers seasonal dishes such as Obsiblue prawn soup with ginger, or braised shoulder of locally hunted venison, glazed in the pan, with Swede, palm tree kale and celeriac. A vegetarian set menu is available by prior arrangement. Good wine pairings. Tip: Book well in advance.

울리케와 오토 바크마이어는 여러 해 동안 자신들의 레스토랑을 운영해왔다. 현대적인 인테리어는 매력적이며, 바닥에서 천장까지 있는 창문을 통해 네카르 강의 배 이동을 감상할 수 있고, 테라스에서도 즐길 수 있다. 집안의 여성인 주인장이 친절하고 능숙한 서비스로 손님들을 맞이하고, 셰프이자 주인장이 제공하는 제철 요리로는 생강을 곁들인 옵시블루 새우 수프, 그리고 지역에서 사냥한 사슴 어깨 고기를 팬에서 글레이즈해 만든 요리와 스웨드(turnip), 팜트리 케일, 셀러리악이 있다. 미리 예약하면 채식 메뉴도 가능하다. 와인 페어링도 훌륭하다. 팁: 사전 예약은 필수다.
