Nestled in the old town, a stone's throw from the renowned saltworks, this restaurant is a haven of pure comfort run by Gianluca Fleer, who has set up shop with his wife Inga. "High Dining" is what they call their concept of modern, creative yet down-to-earth cuisine – served as a set menu or à la carte. In dishes such as creamy risotto with Aquerello rice, nashi pear, scallop, lardo, saffron, yuzu and parsnip, the chef-patron draws on his Sardinian roots as well as French and international accents – simple yet captivating. The setting is also inviting: well-appointed, modern and with a touch of elegance.

옛날 동네에 위치한 이 식당은 유명한 소금광(Saltworks)에서 도보 몇 분 거리에 있어, 진정한 편안함을 제공하는 공간이다. Gianluca Fleer가 아내 Inga와 함께 운영하고 있다. 그들은 현대적이고 창의적이면서도 소박한 요리 개념을 "하이 다이닝"이라고 부르며, 세트 메뉴나 단품으로 제공한다. 크리미한 아케렐로(이탈리아산 쌀) 리조또에 배, 가리비, 라르도(이탈리아의 돼지고기)와 사프란, 유자, 파스닙(근대과) 등이 어우러진 요리에서 셰프는 사르디니아의 뿌리와 프랑스 및 국제적 영향을 담아낸다. 간단하지만 매혹적인 맛이다. 식당의 분위기도 아늑하다: 잘 꾸며진 현대적인 인테리어에 우아함이 더해져 있다.
