First opened as a bakery 100 years ago, this family-run establishment is now in its fourth generation. Hans-Jörg Dunker and his team have long been synonymous with quality and Westphalian cuisine with an international twist. The restaurant interior is attractive and cheerful, having been given a skilful modern makeover, but care has been taken to leave the traditional character of the building intact. One of the chef's specialities is the wonderful fish and shellfish soup with aioli, bread and Parmesan. A gorgeous terrace for summer. There is also a charming hall available for festivities.

100년 전에 제빵소로 처음 문을 연 이 가족 운영 가게는 현재 4대째 이어지고 있다. 한스-욤크 덩커와 그의 팀은 국제적인 감각이 가미된 질 좋은 웨스트팔리아 요리로 오랫동안 유명하다. 레스토랑 내부는 매력적이고 밝으며, 세련된 현대식으로 변모했지만 건물의 전통적인 느낌은 잘 보존되어 있다. 셰프의 특제 요리 중 하나는 훌륭한 생선과 조개 수프에 아이올리, 빵, 파르메산 치즈가 곁들여져 나오는 것이다. 여름에는 멋진 테라스에서 식사를 즐길 수 있다. 또한 축제를 위한 아기자기한 홀도 마련되어 있다.
