This pretty centuries-old vicarage blends into its picturesque surroundings perfectly. Michelin-starred chef Silvio Lange and his wife Bettina moved back here in 2015 – he actually ran the Alte Pfarrey's kitchen once before many years ago. Your friendly hosts serve up creative, seasonal cuisine that is prepared using top-notch produce. There are two set menus to choose from. Would you prefer to dine in the beautiful historical restaurant or in the bright and modern conservatory, which is elegantly done out with solid wooden tables and affords a view of the original building? In both dining areas, you can expect friendly and well-drilled service and expert wine recommendations. Outside, the splendid inner courtyard beckons. Tasteful, individually decorated guestrooms are available should you wish to spend the night.

이 아름다운 수세기 된 목사관은 그림 같은 주변과 완벽하게 어우러진다. 미슐랭 스타 셰프 실비오 랑게와 그의 아내 베티나는 2015년에 이곳으로 돌아왔다. 실비오는 사실 몇 년 전 이 '알테 파르라이'(Alte Pfarrey)의 주방을 운영한 경험이 있다. 친근한 주인장은 제철 재료를 사용한 창의적인 요리를 제공한다. 두 가지 코스 메뉴 중에서 선택할 수 있다. 아름다운 역사적인 레스토랑에서 식사할까, 아니면 넓고 현대적인 온실에서 식사할까? 온실은 단단한 나무 테이블로 우아하게 꾸며져 있고 원래 건물의 모습을 감상할 수 있다. 두 식사 공간 모두에서 친절하고 숙련된 서비스와 전문적인 와인 추천을 기대할 수 있다. 바깥에는 화려한 내부 안마당이 있다. 밤을 보내고 싶다면, 개별적으로 꾸며진 세련된 객실도 마련되어 있다.
