The inscription "1906" is still to be seen above the timeworn arch at the entrance of this building in the centre of the old town. Having been completely gutted and meticulously rebuilt, the property now houses an invitingly chic, modern restaurant with large windows and an impressive open kitchen. The sophisticated dishes seamlessly highlight select ingredients with modern accents. Diners are offered a choice of various set menus; individual courses can also be ordered à la carte. Recommendations from the short, well curated wine list are always spot on. There is also a brasserie under the same roof.

"1906"이라는 새김이 이 오래된 마을 중심에 있는 건물 입구의 낡은 아치 위에 여전히 남아 있다. 완전히 비워지고 정교하게 재건축된 이 건물은 이제 큰 창과 인상적인 오픈 키친을 갖춘 세련된 현대식 레스토랑으로 탈바꿈했다. 고급 요리들은 세련된 현대적인 표현으로 엄선된 재료들을 잘 살리고 있다. 손님들은 다양한 세트 메뉴 중에서 선택할 수 있으며, 개별 요리도 à la carte로 주문할 수 있다. 잘 다듬어진 짧은 와인 리스트에 있는 추천 메뉴는 언제나 정확하다. 같은 건물 안에는 브라세리(격식이 덜한 식당)도 있다.
