 St Pauli welcomes a new iteration of the Salt & Silver concept. The two owners have merged sister restaurants Levante and Lateinamerika to a single culinary destination. With a view of the Elbe, diners can savour a creative five-course carte blanche menu (omnivore or vegetarian) featuring smoky barbecued notes, bold spices and a playful balance of heat and acidity – all made with seasonal ingredients. A selection of a la carte dishes is also available. The pleasingly relaxed atmosphere is enhanced by unflappable and highly professional service provided by a cheerfully charming and laid-back front-of-house team. Tip: "Gastro-Monday" features additional specials and offers, and Sunday roast is served from 5pm.
