 With a deft hand, the chefs here reinterpret familiar flavour profiles with their own unique twist without compromising authenticity or succumbing to pretentiousness. Dishes such as beetroot, sour cream and cucumber or liver, potato and boskoop strike a perfect balance between boldness and refinement. The two set menus, "MINDs Choice" and "MINDs Fein & Ohne" (vegetarian), can be extended to include a cheese course. The front of the restaurant offers a view of the kitchen island, where chef Sabrina Fenzl can be seen hard at work. At the back there is a more relaxed space with electronic music playing. The service is professional and pleasingly efficient – the chef is also on hand to talk you through the dishes.
+여기 셰프들은 능숙한 손길로 익숙한 맛의 조화를 자신만의 독특한 방식으로 재해석하면서도 진정성을 잃지 않고 과시적인 요소에 빠지지 않는다. 비트와 사워크림, 오이의 조합이나 간, 감자, 보스크룹 사과의 요리는 대담함과 세련됨의 완벽한 균형을 이룬다. 두 가지 코스 메뉴인 "MINDs Choice"와 "MINDs Fein & Ohne" (채식 메뉴)는 치즈 코스를 추가할 수 있다. 레스토랑 앞쪽에서는 샤프란 셰프가 열심히 일하는 주방 중앙 섬을 볼 수 있다. 뒤쪽은 전자 음악이 흐르는 더 편안한 공간이다. 서비스는 전문적이고 매우 효율적이며, 셰프가 요리에 대해 자세히 설명해주기도 한다.
