 Les Deux Dienstbach refers to the two sisters who founded this restaurant at the renowned Weingut Künstler and whose French roots influence the cuisine. Nathalie Dienstbach has since returned to her native Normandy, leaving seasoned owner Jennifer Himmel (née Dienstbach) in charge of overseeing both the restaurant floor and the kitchen. She is joined by chef Christian Aguilar, who creates a three- to seven-course set menu using select ingredients. The food is accompanied by wines from France and Weingut Künstler. The setting is also appealing with its colour palette of muted tones, and smart, modern interior design features make for a tasteful interior in the heart of this historical building. On Sunday lunchtimes, you can dine à la carte.
