 The Waldenmaier family (now in its fourth generation) cooks excellent regional fare with seasonal produce. A variety of three-course set menus is available, including one that is vegetarian and one featuring fish. Dishes can also be ordered à la carte or mixed and matched as desired. Additionally, there are one or two "special recommendations". What's more, they hunt their own game and distil their own schnapps! While chef-patron Sven cooks, Simone provides cordial service.  +발덴마이어 가족(현재 4대째)은 제철 농산물을 사용해 훌륭한 지역 요리를 만든다. 세 가지 코스의 메뉴가 준비되어 있으며, 그 중 하나는 채식주의자를 위한 메뉴이고, 또 하나는 생선을 주재료로 한 메뉴다. 원하는 대로 단품 요리로 주문하거나 조합할 수도 있다. 또한 "특별 추천" 메뉴도 한두 가지 있다. 이곳에서는 자신들이 사냥한 게임을 활용하고, 직접 스냅스를 증류하기도 한다! 셰프이자 오너인 스벤이 요리를 하는 동안, 시몬은 친절한 서비스를 제공한다. 아늑하고 매력적으로 꾸며진 이 식당은 1층에 위치해 있으며, 아름다운 발코니 테라스도 있다.
