 A tasteful, modern interior incorporating a sleek design, premium materials and warm tones goes hand in hand with the hospitality of a traditional inn. The menu whets the appetite with an interesting array of regional and international dishes, such as roast Angus beef served with two kinds of onions, warm potato salad and maultaschen>/i> (Swabian dumplings) sautéed in butter or Barbary duck breast accompanied by stir-fried Asian vegetables and Himalayan basmati rice. The five different set menus, which include a vegan one, are also excellent. A very popular establishment – book early if you are looking to come at the weekend!
