 The fourth generation of the Glässing family runs this friendly restaurant in the centre of Lauffen. The food is seasonal, fresh and flavoursome featuring regional dishes such as homemade? I? Maultaschen? I? (a Swabian ravioli speciality) and international fare including sea bass with braised tomatoes and risotto. The rooms are simple but smart.
