 A pleasingly vibrant restaurant and bar reminiscent of a traditional trattoria. In keeping with the Italian spirit, chef-patron Tyler Hanse serves up traditional yet ambitiously executed cucina italiana, with house-made pasta as the main event. The dishes are based on precise craftsmanship, creative expression and flavour – you can lose yourself in delicious dishes (some have a slightly more rustic presentation), eg gnocchi di patate con taleggio. Choose from the à la carte menu or put your trust in the surprise menu. The classic interior, peppered with more modern, designer touches, is appealing. Attentive and polished service.
